Welcome to our blog! Over the course of the next four weeks this will be a place for reflection and discussion following our classroom sessions.
To get everyone involved, I'd like to add you all as authors, and for that you need to have a gmail account (it's really easy to set up if you don't already have one!) then I can send you an invitation. Anyone in the FATEC/ETEC group can read it and comment, but I'd like you all to contribute. This week's project will involve the blog, so the sooner I can get everyone up and running, the better.
We hope you will enjoy using it, and look forward to reading your comments and posts.
Hi, everyone. What a great opportunity to exchange ideas! See u around.

DeleteAll right!? London is so ace (awesome)! Alice.
ReplyDeleteAll right, mate? Yeah, London really is awesome, especially on a sunny Sunday like this :)
DeleteBeing abroad for the first time is so amazing. It's like a dream come true. Seeing the world in a new light. All our senses delightfully tasting things that have never experienced before. Thanks Lord for this great opportunity. Now it's up to us.
ReplyDeleteGood afternoon, everyone!
ReplyDeleteI have had a great time in London, at school and specially with my host family. There are only women in the house: the mother, the daughter and a lovely five-year-old child. Which has called my attention in particular is the diversity of people living in London. The host told me that today only 30% of the people who live in London are English! The other 70% are from different parts like Romania, Poland, etc.
It is really nice to experience this exchange because they ask me many things about Brazil (mainly Rio de Janeiro) while I ask them things that I could never find in a book!
Happy to be part of it!
I hope you enjoy too!
Fabiana
The cultural and ethnic diversity is one of the many things I love about London! I'm not 100% English (I have Irish blood on my mother's side as her family originally came from Cork, and Scottish blood on my father's side) but I definitely consider myself 100% British.
ReplyDeleteSince I started studying English I have dreamt of visiting a country in which English was the mother tongue. This came true only now. I thank God for this opportunity. I'm impressed by London, its structure, organization, attractive and cultural places, plants, flowers, fruits, museums, old buildings and so on. Traveling is one of my favourite attractions nowadays. It is an excellent way to improve knowledge and having a willingness to listen to or accept new ideas.
